Order Status

Order Processing
The order has been received, and is currently in the processing stage.

Order Pending
Your order has been received but it is currently on hold. This could be that it is missing an item (backordered or in transfer) or payment is being verified.

System On Build
If the order contains any system, it is now being built. For a more detailed status on your system, please check with our System Status.

Ready for Pickup
If the order is to be picked up at a local store, it is available now. However, please call in advance to confirm.

Ready to Ship
If the order is to be shipped directly, its shipping preparation has been finalized.

Order Completed
The order has been picked up, or shipped. For direct-shipped orders, please track your orders with the attaching Tracking Number(s).

Order Canceled
The order has been canceled.
Order Status
This section is for customers that made online orders, but did not login or create an online order account. If you have an online purchase account, go to the order history page in the my account section to view your order status.
