StoreLink® Order Process:
Shopping
1. Shop online. Add products into your shopping
cart from the product list or within the product detail page.
You can also add in clearance, systems, and kits into your
cart.
2. On the right of the shopping cart,
it will show the location you are linked to. If you want to
change the location, click on the "Change Location"
button.
Checking Out
3. When you are ready to check out, click
on the check out button. If you already have
an account, continue through the check out process and fill
out any necessary information to complete the transaction.
4. On the final check out page, verify that
all the information is correct before submitting. Please click
the Submit Order button only once. An order
processing E-mail will be sent to you to confirm that your
order has been received.
Important: Please wait until the order confirmation
E-mail before you go to the store to pick it up.
5. The PC Club store location you selected
will prepare the items that you ordered. You can check the
status on your Order History page. Depending
on the product availability, the order can be ready within
a few hours. Once everything is in the store, the store will
send an email to you for pick-up. If you did not receive the
E-mail, the order is not ready.
Order Pick Up
6. Go to the store you selected for pick
up with the photo ID
and the credit card
used for the purchase. Contact a sales person and they would
retreive your order.
Important: For security, only the person
who placed the order with their credit card would be able
to pick up the product.
7. The sales person would check through your
order and invoice it. They will need to get an imprint of
your card and your signature to release the product.
8. You will receive a copy of the invoice.
